This 4th of July, we don’t seem like celebrating much. I look around and the picnics, sparklers, family gatherings, laughter and parties seem to be from a different time, a different world. How can we celebrate whenKate is struggling?
And then I remember.
I celebrate the fact we live in a country where healthcare is available.
I celebrate that there are many wonderful people who love the Lord and are praying for Kate. And they can openly do so because of the country we live in.
I celebrate that God has blessed our country with incredible physicians and nurses that will care for Kate.
So today my friends, I celebrate, maybe not in actions, but in spirit.
Happy Fourth of July.
